A Health Coach is a guide who helps clients voice their health concerns, set health goals and implement food and lifestyle changes to be the healthiest version of themselves.

In depth questioning and a thorough health history combined with a review of body
systems at the first consultation.

Conversation and questionning to find barriers and a solution enabling clients to

What is the naturopathic approach?
Naturopathy involves:

Looking at health from a natural point of view.
Supporting and nourishing the body with a wholegrain organic diet.
Introducing exercise plans to reduce stress, balance blood sugar levels and improve sleep. Addressing stress and sleep issues as part of your overall health plan.
