Being a parent is hard and in the early years it is very hard to find time for yourself when bringing up children, running a household, juggling a job and being the glue that holds everyone together.

Good restorative sleep, 3 nutritious meals a day, exercise, self-care and a de stress is the key to entering the next phase of parenthood, life and optimum health. As peri menopause approaches, now is the time to take time for you.

Reassess your life and goals, ask yourself some searching questions of how you envisage your health in the future?

Changes made now will be the footprint for a healthy, happy, energetic and pain free life. Stress is always present, but how we manage is the key to stop it causing chronic disease in the years to come.

I can also do a fitness assessment if you are looking to incorporate more exercise into your life.

 

Included in this will be a:

- 90-minute initial consultation taking an in depth health history, (to include all body systems eg, cardio, digestive, endocrine, urinary and reproductive) diet and exercise history. We will then look at your health and life goals and co create a coaching plan for you to implement at home.

- 4 x 45-minute face to face or Face Time consultation follow ups (2 x 1 week, 2 x biweekly) addressing specific issues such as overwhelm, work stress, financial stress and not happy with oneself.

- You will receive nutrition advise and we can devise menu plans which will save time and nourish the entire family and supporting documents for other issues raised.

- Fitness and exercise plans are available if you so wish

- One on one access to me via WhatsApp, face time, phone calls if you need support or additional information.

No faddy diets or crazy exercising, a few degrees of change and self-care is all that is needed and you will feel the benefits after a few days and a noticeable difference in weeks.

Included in this will be :

 

- 1 x 90 minute initial consultation to take an in depth health history, (to include all body systems eg, cardio, digestive, endocrine, urinary and reproductive) diet and exercise history.

- We will then look at your health and life goals and co create a coaching plan for you to implement at home.

- 6 x 45 minute face to face or Face Time consultation follow ups (2 x weekly, 4 x bi weekly) addressing specific health and lifestyle issues and updating coaching plan.

- Supporting documents including meal plans, recipes, exercise plans and referrals/recommendations to other wellness therapists.

- One on one access to me via Whatsapp, face time, phone calls if you need support or additional information.

 

I am well aware that you need your partner to be involved and supportive if you are going to make significant diet and lifestyle changes, especially if children have left home and it is just the two of you in the house. Therefore, if you would like to see me as a couple I would like individual case taking consultations of 60 minutes each and then co create the plan together.

Are you ready to put yourself first, so that life seems more balanced and grounded?  Would you like some simple and effective tools to reclaim your energy and feel happier and confident in life?

 

You are ready to identify and tackle the one thing that has been holding you back from living your dream life?

 

In this session we will look at your overall health and lifestyle and goals and identify any barriers to achieving these aims.  We can then co create a plan to work towards that short or long term goal through dietary and lifestyle changes.

 

Included in this will be a:

-90 minute face to face consultation

-Coaching plan

-Meal recommendations

-Exercise recommendations

-Email support for 4 weeks.
