I’m Lucy, naturopathically trained Health Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP). I’ve been on my own health journey and know exactly how it feels. I can help you get back to the happiest and healthiest version of yourself.
Everyone’s journey to wellness is unique. That’s why my approach to health coaching is personalised to you – to address your individual needs, goals and circumstances.
I want you to be able to imagine how you’ll feel when you’re the perfect weight for your body type, feeling strong and healthy, with radiant skin and boundless energy to achieve your goals.
My ultimate goal at the end of every programme is for you to have found stable energy, refreshing sleep, balanced blood sugar and to be getting genuine enjoyment out of exercise and preparing healthy meals for family and friends.

I’ll work with you to identify the root causes of any issues you’re having with stress, anxiety, self-esteem, self-care, nutrition, body image and exercise. Together we’ll find those barriers that are holding you back from making the changes you want to make. I’ll be there every step of the way to guide you, cheer you on, empower and motivate you towards a happy, healthy, energetic and pain-free life.
Our sessions will be confidential and non-judgmental. I’ll use a combination of IHP methods and naturopathic health coaching techniques to help identify what aspects of your health we need to address. We can then agree a plan to incorporate dietary, exercise and lifestyle changes, as well as nutritional supplements if needed, and tweak it at each meet to keep you right on course to make the change you want to see.
